Banquet Room

Our banquet room is perfect for baby & bridal showers, graduation parties, small holiday/family gatherings. Seating available for up to 70 people.



 
Banquet Room/Area  Rental Agreement
 
Room Rental:  1 - 4 Hours.  $100.00 for non Bay Hills member, $75.00 for Bay Hills members. $25.00 per hour after 4 hours.
 
Room Rental Fee  __________________ Includes tables and Chairs.
 
Table Cloths Fee: __________________ Table cloths are available for rent @ $1.00 per table cloth.
 
Deposit of $50.00 is required to confirm the Date of your Event.  You have up until 60 days prior to the event to cancel and receive a full refund. No refund within 60 days of the event will be allowed.  Credit Card Number MUST be on File in Case of Any Damages or breach of contract and Will Be Billed if Necessary.
 
Payment in Full is Due the Day of the Event.
 
Decorations:  Renter agrees that decorations shall NOT be attached to the walls, existing wall decorations or woodwork, by use of nails, scotch tape, staples, etc.  Special Arrangements may be made with Permission of Bay Hills Golf Club Staff.
 
ALL Alcoholic Beverages must be purchased from Bay Hills Golf Club. NO Outside Alcohol permitted.
 
 
BAR Options
·         Cash Bar. Event Guest Purchase all Beverages from the Bartender.
·         Hosted Bar. Event Host Purchases all Beverages throughout the event. Bay Hills Golf Club Bar tender fee, $9.00 per hour if a private bartender is requested.

Clean UP:  Clean Up of Banquet Room will be completed no later than one-half (1/2) hour after the end of the scheduled event time.  Renter shall adhere to the following instructions for clean-up of the facility:
·         Table trash, cups, plates, plastic ware, food items, drinks, decorations, etc. will be gathered and placed in proper receptacles. All cups will be emptied before being placed in the trash receptacles.
·         All trash will be bagged (trash bags available by asking Bay Hills Golf Club Staff) and taken to the dumpster located on the west side of the building.
·         The floor will be vacuumed.
Any necessary clean-up by Bay Hills Golf Club will be charged to the Credit Card on file.
Optional Clean up Fee $100.00:  No Clean Up will be required at the Conclusion of the Event. Bay Hills will Assume Responsibility for the Clean UP of the Event. Any Excessive Damage or Clean Up will be Billed to the Credit Card on File.
Bay Hills MUST be notified At Least 48 hours prior to Event if Clean up Option is selected.
 
Rental Area is expected to Be Left in the Same Condition at the End of the Event that it was at the Start of the Event. Any Damages will be billed to the Credit Card on File.
Conditions of the Areas are at the Sole Discretion of Bay Hills Golf Club.
 
Liability and Security:  Bay Hills Golf Club will NOT be held Responsible for Lost or Stolen Articles or Merchandise Left on the Premises Prior To, During or Following an Event.  We Reserve the Right to Inspect and Control all Private Events on Premises.  Renter Will Be Held Responsible for Any and All Damages to the Facility.
